Robuchon Monaco
Wishing to introduce a more spontaneous and contemporary dining experience to Monaco, Manal Arman partnered with Robuchon to bring three new culinary projects to life in the heart of Monte-Carlo. After leaving London, this perfectionist entrepreneur and expert in luxury codes identified the needs of the local community to offer a tailored dining experience. Accompanied by renowned interior architect Francis Sultana, she redefines Haute Gastronomie in the Principality.
Supported by a team of chefs led by culinary consultant Chef Izu and executive chef Frédéric Garnier, each venue strives for excellence by selecting the finest seasonal ingredients.
